Significant premieres include Desert Rose (a current composition and painting series) with the Braşov Filarmonica in June 2026. Iridescent Flares V was recently premiered by the WienerKammer Orchester in Vienna (2025), as part of a series of orchestral works exploring music and synaesthesia. Incandescence was performed by members of Icelandic Ensemble, Caput at the International Society of Contemporary Music World New Music Days Festival 2024 in the Faroe Islands.  Recently Caroline was commissioned to compose a series of solo violin works for the new painting series Mamlakah by Filipino artist Mart Henry Bongabong, premiered in Singapore.  In June 2026 she painted live in Prom Praise ‘To the ends of the Earth,’ in the Royal Albert Hall, London. Other significant concerts involving live painting have included with Haydn’s Creation, in Albert Hall Nottingham with the Nottingham Festival Chorus, 2026.

​Caroline's piece Iridescent Flares III for orchestra and live painting was performed by the London Symphony Orchestra in the 2019/2020 LSO Panufnik Composer’s Scheme.  Other significant premieres include First Light, commissioned and premiered by Ovidiu Marinescu in America (2020) and Diane Chaplin of the Portland Cello Project.

 Significant commissions include Intertwined for Singing Solo Viola for Katherine Clarke, appearing on Classic FM and TwoSet Violin, movements I,II, III of Incandescence for string quartet and live painting with the Equilibrium Ensemble at the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Crystal Eclipse for soprano saxophone and piano by David Zucchi, Arrangements of Norwegian Folk Song for Susanna Solsrud, Soprano, in association with the Bergen National Opera, Ultraviolet, for the 2020 Illuminate Women's Music Series5 Miniatures for Solo Bassoon and Painting in association with the Birmingham Contemporary Music Group in the ‘Next’ project for Edoardo Casali and Mirages for carnyx, contra-bass clarinet, clarinet quartet and electronics performed by John Kenny in the RNCM Soundscapes of Heaven and Earth concert 2019.

Caroline’s works have been performed internationally including at the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Music Room, the Illuminate Women's Music Series also broadcast on BBC Radio 3, the Equator Festival at King’s Place London, Northern Chords Festival and the International Sound in the Land Music Festival
